After I had noticed a year earlier that my sleep mask, which I had been using since 1994, had been set higher and higher, most recently at level 12, and was completely ineffective, I decided to have this operation at the Seegarten Clinic in Heidelberg. Of course, I knew that this was not the same as a fango treatment.
I noticed immediately that my breathing was much better during the day, and my blood pressure immediately returned to the ideal value of 135:85. I would never have dreamed that after more than 30 years as a hypertensive patient I could do without the now infamous Valsartan and so-called beta blockers.
Other blood values are now also within the normal range. And what is the most beautiful thing is that I have lost over 25 kg. in the meantime. After just one month I felt better than I have in a long time. Now I only have the braces on my teeth, and the metal plates at the surgery site, and I think that the removal of these parts is imminent in about 2 months. I am glad that I decided to do this and I can only recommend this surgery.
